This is nice powerbank, i ordered from amazon blue colour pb400 pro for 1999 jan 1,2025, it came with 2 lights on so i charged it full and then discharged it to zero with continuous use, i measured accurately how much he gave to my phones and it is 16800 mah out of claimed 20000 mah, the rated capacity or minimum capacity advertised by boat is 13500 mah, so it is better than that as of a new product, u can take 16000 to 16500 mah as minimum realistic value, it never heated during my use nor during continuous 4 hour power bank charge and nor during small 2 hour durations of phone charge, one thing i want to tell is the small type c cable that comes with package does not fit in my samsung a14, so do not force it in bcz it may damage your port, the charge speed depends on whether the phone has quick charge or not and if has quick charge then what is the version of quick charge, rest i will update over time if the backup drops or not in future. But u can go for it, it is good thing, one more thing i want to tell is the blue n green colour shown in pic are delusional n not real much, when i took it in hand the blue colour is not bright it is very dull, so much dull that from a distance anyone cannot say it is a blue object so do not fall for colour, anyway it makes just 1 rupee difference 🤣🤣, boat website managers are so kamchor that not even update websites about correct hardware specs , this boat website shows it is has 449 gm weight but it has between 350 to 370gm in weight as i measured, it can be easily put in pocket, although it may feel a little bulky in start but overtime u get use to it, it is compact in height
